Refund Policy

We want every founder to feel confident purchasing from The Story Assembly. Our refund terms are designed to be fair and simple.

Pro · Monthly (₹499)

• Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you've generated fewer than 5 brand stories on the Pro plan.
• After 7 days, or if you've used the plan extensively, the subscription is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Founder Brand Strategy Session (₹4,999)

• Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled slot.
• 50% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the session.
• No refund for no-shows. We're happy to reschedule once if you reach out before the session.

How to request

Email hello@storyassembly.in from the same email you used at checkout, including your UPI Reference ID. Refunds are processed back to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If a UPI payment was debited from your account but we couldn't activate your access, email us immediately — we'll either complete activation or issue a 100% refund, whichever you prefer.
